Warranty and Refund Information

Limited Warranty

• HULL HERO warrants to the original purchaser only when the products are used for normal purposes.
• HULL HERO products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the original purchase date.
• HULL HERO shall not be held liable for incidental or consequential damages.

*This warranty does not cover failure caused by over-inflation, tears, cuts, punctures, or snags obtained during normal use*

*Improper storage and fading due to exposure to sunlight is also not covered under this warranty*

Refund Policy

• Return requests are available for 30 days from the date of purchase.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.  
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. They will be deducted from the refund.
